Role: Oracle OLC Functional Lead
Location: New York, NY (Remote – Travel required on a need basis)
Duration: Long Term
Rate: $70–$75/hr (Max)
Required Experience
8–15 years in Oracle HCM / HR Technology
10+ years as Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead
3+ Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) implementations
Experience in global implementations and end-to-end project delivery
Strong knowledge of Learning & Development, compliance training, and certification processes
Healthcare industry implementation experience is preferred
