    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant – Procurement Technology with strong expertise in Coupa and procurement transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, implementation, and deployment.

    The candidate will lead project activities, guide teams, manage deliverables, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective procurement technology solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define business problems, propose solutions, and refine solution designs.
    • Lead solution development, configuration, and deployment activities.
    • Guide project teams on processes, deliverables, and implementation best practices.
    • Contribute to proposal development and project scope definition.
    • Conduct client training and support internal capability building.
    • Design consulting solutions that address evolving business and procurement needs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
    • 12+ years of overall professional experience.
    • At least 10 years of experience in procurement technologies.
    • Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, or related procurement platforms.
    • Mandatory Coupa certification with at least one valid certification.

    • Coupa Platform
    • Coupa Supplier Operations (CSO)
    • Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
    • Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management Advanced (CLMA)
    • Contract Lifecycle Management and Contract Intelligence (CLM and CI)
    • Procurement technology implementation and consulting

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience leading procurement transformation initiatives.
    • Strong solution design, configuration, and deployment expertise.
    • Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

    Important: Coupa certification is mandatory. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
