• GED and 1 year of job-related experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering multiple phone lines and directing calls to the appropriate person/department. 
• Candidates are expected to be calm under pressure, customer focused, patient, well spoken (verbal and written) and have a professional attitude.  Assistance with print operations and light warehouse duties will be required from time to time. Other duties can be assigned and must be performed as required.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and follow operating procedures
• Prior operator, mailroom, or other related experience is helpful
• Consistent, reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
• Detail oriented and organized
• Problem solving skills
