Job Title: GECX (Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience) Developer With Google CCAI / Dialogflow CX Experience

Experience: 4 – 8+ Years

Location: Charlotte, NC

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a GECX Developer with 4–8+ years of experience in building AI-powered customer service solutions using Google Contact Center AI (CCAI/GECX) and Dialogflow CX.

 

Key Skills:

  • Experience with Google CCAI (GECX)
  • Strong knowledge of Dialogflow CX for creating conversational chatbots and voice bots
  • Experience integrating chatbots with contact center applications and backend APIs
  • Good understanding of conversational AI, intents, entities, flows, and webhooks
  • Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms (Google Cloud is preferred)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, or Java/Python is a plus
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

 

Nice to Have:

  • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) experience
  • Contact center domain experience
  • Knowledge of telephony integrations (Genesys, Cisco, etc.)
