REQUIRED SKILLS   

• 8+ years of ServiceNow Development and Architecture experience.
• Strong ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture and CSDM expertise.
• Hands-on development using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Experience building custom scoped applications, Service Portal, Studio, and UI Builder.
• Strong IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server, REST, and SOAP integration experience.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM.
• Experience working in FedRAMP or regulated government cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of ACLs, security controls, encryption, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with platform governance, code reviews, architecture standards, and technical documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and requirements-to-design experience.
