Job Title: RPA Manager – AI & Intelligent Automation

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced RPA Manager with expertise in Artificial Intelligence to lead enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of IT experience and a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, and Process Mining. As the RPA Manager, you will be responsible for driving the automation strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and integrating AI capabilities into business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise RPA and Intelligent Automation programs from strategy through production deployment.
• Define and execute the organization''s automation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Manage teams of RPA Developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and AI Engineers.
• Design scalable automation frameworks using leading RPA platforms.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as Generative AI, IDP, OCR, NLP, and Conversational AI into automation workflows.
• Evaluate automation opportunities and perform ROI analysis for enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation candidates and prioritize implementation.
• Establish governance, security, compliance, and best practices for automation solutions.
• Manage production support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor development teams and promote automation best practices across the organization.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise RPA solutions.
• 5+ years of experience managing automation teams and large enterprise programs.
• Strong experience with leading RPA platforms.
• Experience integrating Generative AI, IDP, OCR, NLP, and Computer Vision into automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of Process Mining tools and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages and cloud platforms.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for RPA.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in RPA and AI technologies.
• Experience with AI Agent frameworks and vector databases.
• Industry-specific experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or Financial Services.
• Project management certifications are a plus.
