We're supporting a public sector organisation and urgently seeking two experienced Senior DevOps Engineers to join a high-performing infrastructure team delivering enterprise microservice architecture for a major public sector client.

This is a heavily Kubernetes and AWS-focused role centred on the infrastructure and platform side, building, configuring and running the environments critical services depend on, not feature development or product engineering. You'll work in fast-paced sprints, standing up EKS clusters and container platforms, provisioning AWS cloud infrastructure via Terraform/IaC, and supporting a critical enterprise codebase within a specialist infrastructure team.

What you'll do

• Migrate customer workloads into AWS
• Troubleshoot infrastructure/platform incidents
• Implement IAM, encryption & network security best practice
• Work in Git/GitLab across sprint-based delivery

Must-haves

• Active SC Clearance (non-negotiable) - willing to undergo NPPV3 vetting
• 5-10+ years' DevOps experience, strong IaC background
• Expert AWS: EC2, EKS, RDS, Route 53, VPC, S3
• Expert Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Expert Terraform
• Strong Jenkins CI/CD
• Solid Git

Nice-to-haves

• AWS/Kubernetes/Terraform certs
• Python Scripting
• Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch
• Broader product life cycle exposure

This is a high-priority, fast-moving requirement. Candidates must hold active SC clearance and have strong AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform expertise.
