Lease Up Leasing Agent

Real Estate Equities is seeking a Lease Up Leasing Agent to support the successful lease-up of a new multifamily community. In this resident-focused role, you will manage inbound leads, conduct property tours, explain pricing and lease terms, and convert prospects into residents while maintaining high occupancy and strong renewal prospects. Responsibilities include timely follow-up, accurate application processing, compliance with Fair Housing, collaboration with the property management and marketing teams, and delivering professional, service-oriented support that reflects our integrity and community-focused culture.
