Job Description: The Senior Information Security Operations Specialist is responsible for driving the direction of the IAM program to ensure applications and platforms within the TIAA environment adhere to security standards in accordance with industry best practices. This role places a strong emphasis on automation and scripting, leveraging PowerShell, Python, Tines, and AI-enabled coding tools to streamline and scale IAM Governance processes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develops and maintains automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, Tines, and AI-enabled coding tools to streamline IAM Governance processes and reduce manual workload.
• Leverages AI-enabled platforms to identify and implement opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across the IAM program.
• Builds and maintains integrations between identity governance platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and CyberArk, utilizing scripting and automation to support provisioning, access reviews, and privileged access management workflows.
• Handles operational issues and drives key improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of IAM Governance functions.
• Conducts analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of new information security technologies.
• Identifies and implements emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards, and techniques.
• Leads the identification of portions of the organization's IT platform/infrastructure with the highest potential return for automation and process improvement.

Desired Qualifications

• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Tines, or AI-enabled coding tools to reduce manual workload and increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or CyberArk
