VP Senior Credit Analyst

Underwrite complex commercial loan transactions, including commercial real estate, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits. Analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and borrowing base reports; support lending officers with transaction structuring; monitor covenant compliance and loan maturities; and participate in loan committee meetings.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex commercial loan transactions across real estate, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, debt service, projections, trends, and collateral.
• Review borrowing base certificates and accounts receivable and inventory reports.
• Track financial statement, borrowing base, and covenant compliance follow-up items.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing transactions and monitor loan maturities and pipeline deadlines.
• Participate in loan committee meetings and assist with coaching junior credit associates.
