Developer, Inflight eLearning and Media

American Airlines is seeking a Developer, Inflight eLearning and Media to design and build engaging digital training for inflight crews. You will develop interactive eLearning, video, and media assets that support safety, service, and regulatory training, ensuring content is mobile-friendly and optimized for crew devices. Partner with instructional designers, flight operations, and safety teams to translate requirements into effective modules, manage content in the LMS, track performance, and continuously improve learning experiences in a fast-paced, global airline environment.

• Produce and edit multimedia content including video, audio, and graphics
• Implement and maintain courses within the LMS following SCORM/x
• API standards
• Optimize training content for mobile and inflight device use
• Conduct QA, usability testing, and troubleshooting of learning content
• Analyze training engagement and performance data to improve course effectiveness
• Ensure training materials align with regulatory, safety, and brand standards
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and documentation
• Continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback and industry best practices
