The Role

• Manage and administer Red Cross services for U.S. military members, veterans, and their families.
• Support the delivery of International Services programs.
• Build strong relationships with military leadership, key organizations, and community leaders.
• Develop and implement volunteer engagement programs to support service delivery.
• Oversee consistent delivery of services to clients, ensuring collaboration with military treatment facilities and VA hospitals.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and report on program outcomes for continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, public speaking abilities, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• World-wide mobility is a condition of employment, requiring acceptance of assignments anywhere globally.
