Job Description

Sales/Partnerships - Flok Health

Cambridge (Onsite, in office 4 days a week)

Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience, excellent commission structure + equity.

About Flok

More than a billion people a year suffer unnecessarily from conditions like MSK pain, where the right treatment is well established but undeliverable at scale. Flok is changing that.

We're an AI-native healthcare provider delivering care at population scale. Our AI physiotherapy clinic is already live, treating NHS patients across the UK with same-day appointments through the Flok app. It's built from real physiotherapist footage and feels like a responsive video call. We're the first digital MSK clinic approved by the CQC, and we've just closed our Series A.

The Role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and close large, complex deals across enterprise/B2B and NHS

  • Build an end-to-end sales process from scratch, and help others do the same

  • Win new business and grow existing contract value over multi-year partnerships

  • Act as a genuinely trusted partner to customers, not just a vendor

  • Help shape the GTM motion as we move from founder-led to team-led sales

How We'll Know It's Working

  • New business won and contract value expanded

  • Close rate on complex, multi-stakeholder deals

  • Customer trust and retention over multi-year partnerships

What You'll Bring

  • NHS experience, strongly preferred.

  • A track record closing large deals in complex enterprise/B2B or NHS settings, on multi-month cycles

  • High performance, results-driven and entrepreneurial

  • Proven ability to build a sales process, not just run one someone else built

  • Customers who'd genuinely call you a trusted partner

  • A real desire to use commercial skills for good, and make exceptional healthcare universally available

  • A chance to have a big impact in a small team transforming care and outcomes at population scale

    What We Offer

  • In-person, collaborative culture in a beautiful workspace in the Cambridgeshire countryside

  • Onsite gym and a digital health subscription of your choice

  • Early-stage equity on employee-friendly terms (EMI scheme)

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, optical and life insurance

  • Optional remote working on Wednesdays, plus 10 extra remote days a year

  • Desk setup allowance

  • Monthly team feasts (and a BBQ running most days)

  • Annual training budget
