Otis is growing and we are recruiting a talented Project Manager to take responsibility for projects in the South West On a typical day you will:<br />Define project objectives and manage installation projects<br />Manage administrative and material tasks<br />Ensure that the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and /or subcontractors<br />Work closely with the project team to mitigate any safety, ethics and quality risks<br />Work closely with local authorities on document submissions, site inspections for a smooth project completion<br />Ensure customer satisfaction, engineering support and improved profitability What you will need to be successful<br />A high school education is required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience<br />You have experience with the elevator and or building trades<br />Safety is your top priority<br />You have excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment<br />You are self-reliant, with strong computer and organizational skills and business acumen What’s In it For Me / Benefits<br />Strong salary package including - a bonus scheme and car or allowance<br />We will train you intensively in the areas of technology, processes &amp; soft skills and you can exchange ideas with experienced colleagues at any time.
