The Role

• Completed vocational training in retail, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong leadership, communication, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
