Own the technical vision and architecture for a high-performance, real-time platform<br />Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3 engineers driving best practice<br />Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech with business goals<br />Shape and deliver long-term technical roadmaps<br />Build and scale real-time backend systems<br />Lead cloud modernisation (AWS, containers, IaC)<br />Evolve modular, maintainable architectures<br />Improve CI/CD, observability, and system reliability This role has been created with progression at its core meaning it offers:

C# / .NET, REST APIs, and AWS (cloud-native development) with Git-based workflows in agile environments<br />Strong experience in SQL, data modelling, and caching (e.g.
