What You'll Do

Sell wireless devices, plans, accessories, and home internet (including Fios) and consistently beat monthly goals Own the customer experience from greeting to checkout, answering questions, demonstrating features, and resolving concerns with confidence Prospect through in-store engagement, local outreach, and follow-up with existing customers to drive repeat business Stay sharp on new products, promotions, and the competition so you can speak with authority Handle store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and merchandising Work with your team to hit targets and keep the store energy high What You Bring
