Job Description

Job Title: SAP OTC Consultant 
Location: Remote Opportunity
Duration: 6+ Months to long term
 
Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and proven Project Management experience. The ideal candidate will lead SAP OTC solution design, business process transformation, implementation, integration, and delivery activities across multiple business units. This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP SD/OTC processes along with the ability to manage project timelines, stakeholders, risks, and cross-functional teams.
 
Required Experience:
  • 12+ years of SAP experience.
  • 8+ years of SAP OTC / SAP SD experience.
  • 3+ years of Solution Architect or Lead Architect experience.
  • Project Management experience leading SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Must Have Skills:
  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash)
  • SAP S/4HANA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP OTC solution architecture and design.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Design and implement Order-to-Cash processes including:
    • Customer Master Data
    • Sales Order Processing
    • Pricing & Rebates
    • Credit Management
    • Delivery Processing
    • Shipping & Transportation
    • Billing & Invoicing
    • Returns Management
    • Revenue Recognition
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
  • Lead workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis sessions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Define solution roadmaps and architecture standards.
  • Ensure seamless integration between OTC and:
    • SAP MM
    • SAP FI/CO
    • SAP EWM/WM
    • SAP TM
    • Third-party applications
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
  • Coordinate offshore/onshore teams.
  • Provide leadership during testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
  • Mentor junior consultants and team members.
Preferred Skills:
  • SAP S/4HANA OTC Transformation experience.
  • SAP FSCM Credit Management.
  • SAP Variant Configuration (VC).
  • SAP GTS integration.
  • SAP EDI/IDOC experience.
  • SAP Activate Methodology.
  • Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAP certifications.
Nice to Have:
  • Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Utilities, or Life Sciences industry experience.
  • Global template rollout experience.
  • Multiple full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Presales and solution estimation experience.
