Remote Lead AI Architect - Multi-Agent Platform

Bridgit is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and implementation of Atlas, our multi-agent orchestration platform for lending products. You will build scalable, production-ready AI systems and establish reusable patterns for AI integration across the engineering org.

In this player-coach role, you will mentor engineers while writing production code, evaluating models, and driving governance, security, and cost controls.
