Title : QA Automation : Salesforce CRT

Location:  Remote, USA or CANADA   

Contract Long-term (up to 6+ months)

About the Role

•    Salesforce Testing: Ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of Salesforce applications through comprehensive testing.

•    Test Automation: Design and execute automated tests using Copado Robotic Testing or Selenium, with strong SOQL knowledge.

•    Release Quality: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, validate functionality, and support successful, high-quality releases.

  Required Skills & Experience

•     5+ years of QA Automation experience with strong hands-on experience testing enterprise applications, particularly Salesforce.

•    Strong experience in Salesforce Testing, including validating Salesforce functionality, workflows, integrations, and data.

•     Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing and/or Selenium.

•     Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce applications.

•     Advanced SOQL skills for querying, validating, and reconciling Salesforce data.

•    Experience with API Testing to validate Salesforce APIs, integrations, request/response data, and backend services.

•     Strong experience in defect identification, logging, tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.

•    Experience improving test coverage, automation efficiency, regression execution, and overall QA processes.

•    Proficiency with Git for source control, test automation code management, branching, and collaboration.

•    Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including participation in ceremonies and close collaboration with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders for release validation and high-quality delivery.
