Payroll Specialist – Benefits & Compensation

  • $20.00–$25.00 per hour

Payroll Specialist – Responsibilities

  • Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time for 80–100+ employees
  • Audit payroll data, deductions, taxes, and employee changes for accuracy and compliance
  • Process bonuses, commissions, off-cycle payroll, and payroll adjustments
  • Maintain payroll records and assist with reporting, audits, and year-end activities
  • Partner with HR and Accounting to resolve payroll issues and support employee changes

Payroll Specialist – Requirements

  • 2–4 years of payroll experience with full-cycle payroll responsibility
  • Experience processing payroll for 80–100+ employees
  • Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, FLSA, and payroll compliance
  • Experience with payroll/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and communication skills
