Job Description
Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to join the Frontier team. You'll work at the intersection of applied AI research and product engineering, translating cutting-edge techniques into production systems that improve how people experience work.
You will design and implement agentic AI features, orchestrate data pipelines, and build memory and context graphs to support enterprise-grade XAI and safety. This is a production-focused, cross-functional role.
