Mechanical Project Manager Location: Central London (with flexibility)<br />Salary: Up to £80,000 + Package About the Role An established and growing M&amp;E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team delivering high-profile commercial projects across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong technical knowledge and project delivery experience to manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover on fast-paced and prestigious developments. Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects from inception to completion
• Oversee programme delivery, budgets, procurement and resource allocation
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Attend client, design and progress meetings
• Review drawings, technical specifications and project documentation
• Monitor project performance and report on progress, risks and costs
• Ensure compliance with health &amp; safety regulations and company procedures
• Liaise closely with commercial and design teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support commissioning, snagging and final handover processes Requirements
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the construction or M&amp;E sector
• Experience delivering commercial projects in London
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively
• SMSTS, CSCS and relevant industry qualifications preferred What’s on Offer
