IT Coordinator to install and configure hardware and software,
troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.

--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. Regularly maintain IT equipment including, but not limited to, digital
displays, mobile devices (iPads, iPhones), clinical devices (Pyxis Med
Dispensing), conference room equipment (Polycom), printers, laptop
and desktop computers at OMH Central Office.
2. Responsible for
ensuring that computers and clinical hardware work efficiently and
effectively, enabling employees to do their jobs without issue.
3. Must
independently troubleshoot issues that arise during device usage, and
find solutions to common issues and author user guide documentation.
4. Will assist the oversight of OMH device asset inventory and the
procurement of new equipment if necessary.

--- Required Qualifications ---
• 36 months of experience supporting Apple (iOS) mobile devices
• 36 months of experience with enterprise mobile device management (MDM)
solutions
• 12 months of experience with Omnissa Workspace One MDM
• 12 months of experience writing help guides and how-to''s
• 12 months experience with asset inventory management
• 12 months of experience training/guiding end users
• Bachelors Degree
