Chief Financial Officer

JOB PURPOSE : CFO will lead financial strategy, governance, and consolidated reporting for South African group entities while managing India-based finance operations for efficiency and control. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, FX, statutory compliance, intercompany transactions, and ERP/system oversight. The CFO will collaborate with auditors and regulators in South Africa, present financials to the Board, and ensure strong internal controls and performance analysis

• KEY DELIVERABLES:
• Develop and implement the global financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive consolidated reporting, governance, and financial controls for South African group entities.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for India (support costs) and South Africa (operations).
• Oversee consolidated MIS preparation in India for South African operations.
• Ensure statutory compliance and sign-offs in South Africa through external auditors and regulators.
• Manage tax, audit, company secretarial liaison, and statutory filings for South African entities.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury across India and South Africa.
• Oversee banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure, and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Present consolidated financials to the Board; support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and external advisors across both geographies.

• Incumbent profile:

• Qualified CA, 40-45 years working with multi-country subsidiaries with rich exposure of group consolidation.
• Strong IFRS and IGAAP exposure.

Stakeholder management,finance dashboards, AOP,M&A, Investor relations and managing global investors.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 1.25-1.5Crs
