The Role • Oversee comprehensive market management for an assigned location, ensuring seamless integration of all product lines. • Drive operational strategies and financial results by providing direction to Team Leaders across route and cash logistics, operations, finance, HR, safety, and security. • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements to positively impact business performance. • Develop existing product lines within the market and explore new opportunities for product introduction. • Proactively mitigate risk exposure, focusing on reducing worker's compensation injuries and security losses. • Foster positive employee relations and maintain high ethical standards and integrity throughout the market. What You'll Need • Minimum of 5 years of operations experience in banking, money processing, or transportation/logistics. • A valid firearms permit or the ability to pass applicable licensing requirements. • A valid guard card or the ability to obtain one, along with any other required licenses. • A clean DOT/DMV record. • Ability to routinely lift a minimum of 50 lbs. • Must be 21 years of age.
