Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing and Customer Cloud Service.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Work on Oracle Utilities CC&B and CCS - Customer Management, Account Management, Premise/Service Point Management, Service Agreements, Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Payments, Adjustments, Credit & Collections, Move In/Move Out, Usage Processing, Rate & Tariff Validation

·         Work on CC&B and CCS Integrations - Meter configurations, ERP Systems, Payment Gateways, CRM Platforms, Customer Portals and Third-Party Utility Applications.

·         Develop new test scripts using Eggplant functional and Eggplant DAI.

·         Work as UAT Lead - Define UAT strategy and scope, coordinate business users, manage execution, lead defect triage, provide status reporting, obtain sign-offs and support production readiness.

Must Have Skills:

·         Oracle Utilities CC&B and CCS

·         Automation Testing experience with Eggplant functional and Eggplant DAI
