The Role

• Excavate and backfill pipe trenches and construction pits.
• Perform roadwork, including pavement removal and restoration.
• Safely operate construction machinery such as excavators and wheel loaders.
• Install cables, pipes, and construct masts with foundations.
• Participate in on-call services for customer disruptions.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a construction machinery operator / civil engineering worker, or relevant experience for career changers.
• A valid driver's license (Class B required, Class C1 or higher preferred).
• Enjoyment in operating construction machinery and technical equipment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and reliability.
