The Role • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing key insights on organizational strategy and long-term financial sustainability. • Oversee compliance, annual budget processes, financial forecasting, and revenue cycle reporting. • Deliver data-driven, transparent, and strategic insights to support informed decision-making. • Mentor and develop a high-performance finance team. • Lead audit processes, cost reporting, and various compliance reporting requirements. • Maintain and update procurement policies in alignment with federal regulations. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • At least eight years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare finance operations. • Minimum of three years of direct experience in healthcare finance. • Demonstrated high integrity, emotional competence, strategic mindset, and results-orientation. • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement structures. • Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
