About the Opportunity

Client is seeking its senior-most technical architect to define the company''s long-term technology strategy and lead modernization across engineering. This is a hands-on architecture role, not management, responsible for establishing engineering standards, modernizing legacy platforms, designing the future-state shared data platform, and mentoring engineering teams while remaining deeply involved in technical design and implementation. The ideal candidate enjoys solving enterprise-scale technical challenges while influencing architecture across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise architecture strategy and modernization roadmap.
• Define the architecture vision for Client''s shared data platform.
• Lead application modernization and platform transformation initiatives.
• Design APIs, identity services, data pipelines, search capabilities, and platform services.
• Establish architecture standards and engineering best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and mentor senior engineers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Data teams.
• Evaluate AI technologies and establish responsible AI engineering practices.
• Prototype critical platform components and reference implementations.
