Pay Range: $65.00-$75.00 Per HR

Job Summary:
• Join our team as a Senior Java Backend Developer in a remote contract role. 
• You will design and optimize scalable backend systems, focusing on data processing. 
• A strong programming background is essential, with expertise in Java and distributed systems technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and translate business requirements into backend systems designs.
• Write high-quality Java code using software engineering principles.
• Lead technical implementation and delivery of complex projects.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in data processing and system performance.
• Optimize performance and resolve issues in distributed environments.

Qualifications:
• 8 years of experience in application development with Java-based architectures.
• Expert-level understanding of Java, including multithreading and concurrency.
• Experience in building distributed data processing systems and real-time streaming architectures.
• Proficiency in designing schemas and writing optimized queries for databases.
• Practical experience with containerization, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure-as-code.
