Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias)<br />Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, days and nights Overview:<br />We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing site. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established engineering team within a business that continues to invest in its people, processes, and technology. The Role:<br />As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production equipment across the site. Working in a 12-hour shift pattern (days and nights), you’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, helping to minimise downtime and maximise operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated production machinery<br />Diagnose faults and carry out electrical and mechanical repairs efficiently<br />Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance<br />Work collaboratively with production teams to reduce downtime and improve output<br />Ensure all work is completed in line with health &amp; safety and site standards<br />Contribute to root cause analysis and implement corrective actions<br />Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer -

About You:

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a highly automated manufacturing environment<br />Strong electrical engineering background and relevant qualifications<br />Experience working with automated or high-speed machinery is essential<br />Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment<br />Proactive approach with a strong focus on reliability and continuous improvement<br />Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND or equivalent)<br />If you’re a skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and growing environment, we’d love to hear from you
