POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
 
As a key member of our Network Services team, you’ll design, build, and maintain the systems that keep our business connected and secure:
 

• Own the Network Lifecycle: Lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of data connectivity, load balancing, internet infrastructure, and security systems.
• Drive Reliability & Performance: Troubleshoot and maintain critical infrastructure including Cisco switches, routers, wireless controllers, Webex voice services (VoIP), SmartOptics WAN solutions, F5 LTM load balancers, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Monitor & Optimize: Use tools like SolarWinds to proactively monitor network health, performance, and capacity.
• Partner with Vendors: Manage service contracts and collaborate with providers like Cisco SMARTnet to ensure support, compliance, and uptime.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues involving routing, switching, QoS, and traffic flow in a secure enterprise environment.

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
• 4+ years working with enterprise networking technologies (routing/switching, firewalls, WLCs, VoIP, load balancing)
• Strong experience with Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) in complex environments
• Network+ certification required
• CCNA (or higher) preferred
• Experience with automation or scripting is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
