Data Scientist

Must Have:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Geography, or related field with 5+ years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Analytics Engineering, and predictive/modeling solutions.
• 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience delivering analytics and data-driven solutions.
• Strong expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy), SQL, and R.
• Advanced Machine Learning experience including forecasting, feature engineering, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Strong Power BI experience (required).
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Plotly/Dash, or similar tools.
• Experience deploying ML solutions in production using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and business stakeholders.

Highly Preferred:

• Geospatial/GIS analytics experience (ArcGIS, GeoPandas, PostGIS, LiDAR, etc.).
• MLOps experience including CI/CD, model monitoring, drift detection, and deployment automation.
• Experience with Responsible AI, data governance, and model explainability.
• Industry experience in Transportation, Aviation, Construction, Buildings, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, foundation models, or multimodal AI solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Senior Data Scientist with strong Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and Power BI expertise, consulting/client-facing experience, cloud deployment experience (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform), and ideally a background in infrastructure, transportation, aviation, or geospatial analytics
