Job Description
Regional build contractor are looking for a Site/Project Manager for the construction of a £5 Million industrial unit, project will involve the demolition of existing building and the construction of a new steel portal frame unit.
Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager you will have full autonomy for the running of the project from inception through the full build stage through to final handover.
Primary responsibilities and duties will involve ensuring the programme is adhered to, subcontract management, chairing client/subcontractor progress meetings aswell as issuing progress reports to senior management team.
Proven track record as a Site/Project Manager and employment history working on portal frame industrial/logistic unit projects would be an essential requirement. CSCS Card. SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement
