What You’ll Do

  • Architect comprehensive research strategies to evaluate and optimize fluid dynamics, thermodynamic transfer, process scale-up, and automated control mechanisms across batch and continuous processing systems.

  • Drive the conceptualization, design, and commercialization of next-generation acoustic processing machinery and specialized industrial equipment from laboratory scale through full production volumes.

  • Champion end-to-end technical initiatives, establishing core operational parameters, troubleshooting processing roadblocks, and executing rigorous scientific protocols.

  • Synthesize intricate chemical engineering methodologies to resolve advanced technological challenges across solid, liquid, and multi-phase applications.

  • Formulate comprehensive technical literature, experimental frameworks, research documentation, and grant submissions to advance strategic development goals.

  • Deliver engaging technical presentations and project updates to internal executive teams, external commercial partners, institutional investors, and governing entities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor Of Science In Chemical Engineering required (an Advanced Degree such as a Master Of Science In Chemical Engineering or Doctor Of Philosophy In Chemical Engineering is highly advantageous).

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in a dynamic Product Development or Process Development environment.

  • Mastery of foundational Mixing Fundamentals, Mass Transport, Heat Transfer, Continuous Crystallization, Continuous Chemical Reactions, and Mechanochemical Processes.

  • Deep familiarity with multi-phase systems engineering across Solid-Solid Processing, Liquid-Solid Processing, and Liquid-Liquid Processing.

  • Broad exposure to high-impact industrial sectors including Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Energy Storage Solutions, Advanced Battery Technology, or Energetics Processing.

  • Superior Technical Writing, Verbal Communication, and Cross-Functional Team Collaboration skills paired with a strong professional work ethic in a fast-paced setting.

  • Valid U.S. Citizenship and willingness to undertake occasional International Travel.
