Overview: Seeking a seasoned Technical Program Leader and Solution Architect with deep expertise in IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This role will lead enterprise asset management transformations, architect complex Maximo solutions, and drive largescale digital modernization programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of IBM Maximo/MAS solutions.

• Define enterprise asset management strategies and solution blueprints.

• Oversee integrations with ERP, GIS, HR, financial, IoT, and cloud systems.

• Manage data migration, governance, and quality standards.

• Provide technical leadership to architects, developers, and consultants.

• Drive program governance, delivery frameworks, and stakeholder communication.

• Ensure compliance, scalability, performance, and security across solutions.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years IBM Maximo experience, 5+ years in solution architecture leadership.

• Proven track record delivering largescale Maximo implementations and upgrades.

• PMP and PMIACP certifications.

• Experience managing $5M+ programs with multiple workstreams.

• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
