Refrigeration Engineer

FM Technician – Refrigeration / HVAC Belfast Competitive Salary + Benefits + Career Progression Full Time | Permanent An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer to join a growing Facilities Management team supporting a portfolio of high-profile sites across Northern Ireland.

The Role You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of refrigeration and HVAC systems while ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Responsibilities include:

Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across commercial refrigeration plant Working on refrigeration pack systems and associated controls Completing minor installations, alterations and remedial works Responding to service requests and breakdowns efficiently Managing maintenance documentation and asset records Liaising with helpdesk teams, clients and subcontractors Supporting surveys and identifying equipment requiring replacement or upgrades What We're Looking For NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration / Air Conditioning F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079) Experience working within commercial refrigeration environments Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience Full UK Driving Licence Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Good communication and customer-facing skills Desirable IPAF CAFM system experience Experience working across multi-site portfolios What's On Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term career progression Training and development opportunities Exposure to varied commercial environments Supportive team culture Opportunity to work across prestigious sites If you're a motivated Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer looking for your next opportunity within Facilities Management, we'd love to hear from you
