SD OTC Functional

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP SD Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to drive design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SD processes within a fast-paced automotive and digital commerce environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders across sales, service, logistics, and finance to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions on SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP SD/OTC lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Design and optimize order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and returns processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FICO, PP, EWM) for seamless integration
• Lead S/4HANA enhancements and transformation initiatives in SD/OTC
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with ABAP/technical teams
• Drive process standardization and automation across OTC workflows
• Support interfaces and integrations with CRM, eCommerce, and third-party systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and release cycles
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SD with strong OTC expertise
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)
• Deep expertise in:
• Order Management & Pricing (Condition Technique)
• Billing & Invoicing
• Shipping & Logistics Execution
• Returns & Credit Management
• Strong integration experience with FICO, MM, and EWM
• Experience with IDOCs, APIs, and middleware integrations
• Proven ability to work in complex, high-volume transactional environments
• Exposure to aATP, BRF+, or advanced pricing
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
