Job Description:
  • Client is seeking a Product Manager with strong retail store operations experience to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of store-focused digital products and solutions. This role will partner with business and technology teams to enhance customer experience, improve associate productivity, and optimize store operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable product features.
  • Collaborate with store operations, merchandising, supply chain, and IT teams.
  • Lead Agile product development and delivery.
  • Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvements.
  • Support omnichannel, inventory, POS, and customer experience initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience in retail store operations and customer-facing solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of POS, inventory management, and omnichannel retail.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Preferred
  • Experience in automotive aftermarket, retail, or distribution industries.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms.
