The Role

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing daily operations and leading the team.
• Execute all tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, including stocking shelves and checking expiration dates.
• Replenish produce and baked goods, ensuring freshness.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant experience in a similar field.
• A friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A strong willingness to work diligently and contribute actively.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
