Job Description

Be part of an innovative and open-minded culture at Nokia, where we develop mainstream radio technology products. Your role will focus on designing, simulating, and testing RF circuits as part of a larger TRX design team, with opportunities to grow into more senior roles.

Design RF circuits for cellular base stations, including ADC, power supplies, transmitters, receivers, and more.
Simulate and test RF circuits, ensuring they meet performance and reliability specifications.
Document and write technical reports on design processes and outcomes.
Participate in design reviews and technical information exchange sessions.
Support subcontractors and collaborate with other design engineers and specialists.
Stay updated with RF simulation and electromagnetic tools, such as HP ADS, CST, and HFSS.
Utilize analytical simulation tools like Matlab and Python for advanced analysis.
Work in a team environment with a positive attitude, fostering collaboration.
Plan and organize tasks efficiently, ensuring timely project delivery.

BSEE with 3 years or MS with 2 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
Coursework or job experience in RF or Microwave technology is preferred.
Knowledge of RF circuit design and signal processing techniques.
Good understanding of basic RF engineering principles, including digital modulation/demodulation.
Familiarity with RF performance specifications and test methodology.
Experience with RF simulation tools is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in analytical simulation tools like Matlab and Python.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical leadership potential and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel internationally occasionally, with less than 10% travel expected.
