Customer Success Technician

TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a DP CS Tech to support strategic communications and public affairs campaigns for corporate, nonprofit, and association clients. In this client-facing role, you'll help manage digital advocacy tools, maintain contact databases, draft outreach materials, and track campaign performance. Working closely with senior strategists, you'll conduct research, monitor media and policy developments, and assist in delivering high-impact, integrated communications programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
