The Role

• Support the store manager in efficiently directing work processes and leading the team.
• Oversee all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ensure a positive customer shopping experience through attentive service.
• Manage incoming goods, product stocking, and quality checks, including freshness of produce and baked goods.
• Handle cashier duties and assist with stockroom organization and cleaning.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant experience in sales or a related field.
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to diligently assist with tasks.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and prior leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication with customers.
