About the Role


We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in Non-IT Recruitment and Staffing Sales. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in acquiring new clients, selling recruitment and staffing solutions, managing client relationships, and closing high-value business deals.


The candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to generate consistent business opportunities across multiple industries.


Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.

Identify and acquire new clients for Non-IT Recruitment and Staffing services.

Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Conduct client meetings (virtual and face-to-face) to understand hiring requirements.

Present recruitment solutions and staffing services to prospective clients.

Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and commercial negotiations.

Close new business deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of hiring mandates.

Follow up with clients regarding ongoing recruitment assignments.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands.

Experience selling permanent hiring, contract staffing, or recruitment services.

Strong network of HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, or corporate decision-makers will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
