Job Description
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and repair PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices.
- Install and maintain Windows, Office 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, and security tools.
- Handle help desk tickets, user onboarding/offboarding, accounts, permissions, and IT inventory.
- Requires 1 4 years of IT support experience, basic networking knowledge, strong customer service, and preferably CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft certifications.
