OneStream Architect

A. O. Smith seeks a OneStream Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise performance management solutions in a global manufacturing environment. In this role, you will architect and configure OneStream applications to support financial consolidation, planning, and reporting across multiple business units and regions. You will collaborate closely with finance, IT, and operations to translate complex requirements into scalable, high performance designs, integrating OneStream with ERP and other enterprise systems. Responsibilities include building and optimizing cubes, workflows, and dashboards, ensuring data quality and security, and driving upgrades and enhancements. You will document standards, mentor developers, and provide expert support during close cycles. • Support month-end and year-end close cycles with troubleshooting and solution adjustments
• Ensure solutions align with A. O. Smith's security, compliance, and data governance standards
• Partner with business teams on continuous improvement, new features, and analytics use cases
