Serve as the primary relationship manager between corporate technology teams and field offices, ensuring technology initiatives align with business needs and field readiness.

Lead field office technology projects, including Zoom Room deployments and room scheduler upgrades, coordinating across office leadership, vendors, and internal technology teams to drive successful delivery.

Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent field-impacting technology programs spanning networking, security, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, endpoint modernization, and AI enablement initiatives.

Maintain strong organizational discipline across stakeholders, dependencies, communications, risks, and operational readiness activities in a fast-paced environment.

Build trusted partnerships across Field Technology, Networking, AV, Security, and Home Office teams to proactively communicate change, manage adoption, and improve the overall technology experience.
