Requirements

Minimum

• 1 year of applicable work experience and demonstrated proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited college or university and at least 1 year of work experience in the Architectural design industry OR a combination of education and work experience in the Architectural field equivalent to 5 years.

Preferred

• 3 or more years of work experience with Revit and design.
• 2+ years specific experience creating design documents, working in prototypical design, using families, detailing architectural elements, etc.
• Specialized experience or applicable design experience in one or more of the following: healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, retail/commercial design.
