The Role • Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers and maintain high customer satisfaction. • Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient operational workflows and leading the team with shared responsibility. • Handle all tasks within the sales floor and stockroom, including inventory control, product display, and quality checks. • Manage fresh produce, including fruit, vegetables, and baked goods, ensuring freshness and timely replenishment. • Perform cashier duties, support stockroom operations, and contribute to store cleanliness. What You'll Need • A strong drive and energy to contribute to the team's success. • Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant experience in retail or a similar field. • Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction. • A proactive and hands-on approach with a commitment to thoroughness and dedication. • Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (B1 level or higher) for effective customer communication.
